Welcome to our health club in Maidenhead

Perfectly located in the centre of town on Grenfell Island, David Lloyd Maidenhead is the health and fitness haven with something for everyone, whether you’re into training in the gym with the latest kit, working up a sweat in a high energy class, or taking time out to unwind in a hot sauna at the end of a long day.

The first thing to discover as you ascend the escalator through the club is our beautiful 20 metre indoor pool – a hidden gem in the centre of Maidenhead.  Upstairs you’ll find our welcoming, open plan gym with plenty of equipment to go round and expert personal trainers, or if group exercise is more your thing, check out our jam-packed studio timetable for a great variety of classes, from Yoga to BODYATTACK™. After your workout head to our cosy club lounge to grab a bite to eat, meet friends for a drink or catch up on emails.  Bring the kids along too to join our All Stars swim programme or our fun DL Kids classes.  Come down to the club and see it all for yourself!
