Yoga classes for all ages and ability
Yoga is a gentle form of exercise that can be adapted to suit different abilities, level of fitness and flexibility. This means that regardless of whether you are a beginner or master, you can benefit from practicing with us. All are welcome, pregnant women included (although we advise you ask your doctor first.)
Expert yoga instructors
Our classes are led by experienced yoga instructors who will guide you through every bend and stretch. They are able to adapt the sequence for every ability, so beginners can mix with even the most experienced yogis.
