All of our classes are led by experienced yoga instructors who will patiently and expertly guide you through every bend and stretch. They are able to adapt postures and sequences to suit every level, so you'll feel comfortable no matter where you are in your yoga journey, including as a total beginner.

In addition to our yoga classes, we offer Pilates mat classes. There are similarities between these two low-impact workouts, but one of the key differences is that Pilates focuses much more on strength than flexibility.
We'll provide everything you need in our yoga classes, such as mats and props, but feel free to bring your own mat if you prefer. Wear comfortable clothing, and it's a good idea to have a water bottle on hand if you're doing a dynamic yoga class.
