Head over to our Mind & Body studio for classes like BODYBALANCE™ and Pilates, or try out virtual or instructor-led classes in our group cycling studio. Our High Intensity studio is specially designed for high energy workouts, such as BODYPUMP™, Insanity and Fight Klub, and has great views over our tennis courts.
