We’ve a huge range of classes, aimed at all sorts of fitness levels, so it’s easy to find one that’s right up your street. You can choose to be led by an expert instructor, or just drop into one of the many virtual classes that we run through the day – either way, you’ll find they’re really popular and a fantastic way to make new friends!

Group Exercise at Kidbrooke Village
There are three group exercise studios that we base our classes in – Mind & Body for holistic sessions, High Impact for high intensity workouts, and our Group Cycling studio for all things bikes. We run more than 100 classes each week and they are super popular. Whilst our members love working hard in GRIT, and Debbie’s Total Conditioning session, there’s another side to it too. We have a Running Club that’s run by Jonathon Moore on Saturday mornings, and there are table tennis evenings on Wednesdays and Sundays. There is a great community feel within the club, and everyone gets to know each other in no time. Plus, our triathlon and swimming clubs have been set up recently – there are so many options to try!
