Hatha is the traditional Indian name used to describe a set of practices that are intended to prevent physical problems, heal existing ones and maintain overall health and wellbeing.
Yoga classes for all ages and ability
Yoga is gentle in nature and for that reason is open to anyone. Whether you are new to practice, or an advanced student, anyone can attend. We also take pregnant women in our classes as it is a great way to de-stress, although we advise you ask your doctor first.
