Pilates just got better!
If you’ve never heard of Reformer Pilates, but like holistic classes, then you’re going to love this. It’s performed on a Reformer Pilates bed which, if you’ve not seen one, looks a little like a rowing machine with various different springs to increase/decrease tension. In the classes, you’ll work through various exercises, and the biggest benefit is how quickly it will help you tone up.
