Yoga is a combination of postures, breathing practices, deep relaxation, and meditation. It can transform your health on many different levels, improving balance, flexibility, strength, and coordination. Classes at Hampton will help to improve your over-all health, leaving you relaxed.
Broga® incorporates traditional yoga to significantly open up tight areas like shoulders, hips and hamstrings. Expect a high energy upper or lower body session that will strengthen and tone your body in new ways, but also leave you feeling more mobile and flexible than ever before.
This form of yoga is known for its use of props - including belts, blocks, and blankets - as aids in performing postures and characterised by great attention to detail and precise focus on body alignment. Poses are typically held for longer periods versus moving quickly from one pose to the next.
A yoga class with eight components: morality, ethics, posture, breath control, sense control, concentration, meditation and absorption. Physically demanding, Ashtanga builds strength, flexibility and stamina.
Yoga is gentle in nature and for that reason is open to anyone. Whether you are a beginner or master anyone can attend. We also take pregnant women in our classes as it is a great way to de-stress, although we advise you ask your doctor first.
Our classes are led by knowledgeable yoga instructors who will guide you through every bend and stretch. They are able to adapt the sequence for every ability, so beginners can mix with even the most experienced yogis.\ \ Click here to check our timetable > \ Enquire today
