We’ve completely revolutionised the gym here, thanks to a combination of the very best equipment, the latest fitness technology and new lighting, colours and layouts. It means that you’ve lots of ways to work out, with exciting technology, including Woodway Curves, BILT weight machines, Wattbikes and SYNRGY360. We’ve also created special zones for cardio and stretching among others, which we hope will help you feel comfortable, whatever you’re doing here.

We’ve been running TRIBE Personal Training for a few years here in the club and our members love it. It’s based on a New Zealand concept and is essentially a group Personal Training session that's sure to get you results. We run six week programmes and you’ll take part in a fitness test at the start, and then again at the end. The progress you’ll see is fantastic! It’s all thanks to our great trainers and the Tribe Fit and Tribe Core concepts. If you want to work hard and see results, this one’s for you!
