Yoga has been shown bring calm, clarity and an overall sense of inner well-being. Our yoga classes will help to create balance in the body through developing both strength and flexibility.
Hatha Yoga aims to achieve balance between the body and the mind through the use of physical poses, breathing techniques, and meditation. Classes are intended to prevent physical problems, heal existing ones and maintain overall health and wellbeing.
Ashtanga is a fast-paced, intense style of yoga. A set series of poses is performed, always in the same order. Classes are physically demanding due to the constant movement from one pose to the next, so be prepared for a more intense workout.
Yoga is gentle in nature and for that reason is open to anyone. Whether you are a beginner or master anyone can attend. We also take pregnant women in our classes (although we advise you speak to your doctor first.)
Our classes are led by experienced yoga instructors who will guide you through every bend and stretch. Regardless of your abilities or experience, they will be able to adapt poses to suit your individual body.
