From HIIT to Holistic to Les Mills, there is so much to choose from on our group exercise timetable. It's hardly surprising that exercise classes are such big news in our club, as we run more than 120 classes in our High Impact, Mind & Body, and Group Cycling studios every single week. And we make sure that our timetable complements the DL Kids programme too so that the whole family can spend time in the club together.

We have a perfect mix of classes, why not try one of our popular group cycling classes with Roddy, or get your whole body working in our Les Mills classes with Lynn - our members love the range of sessions. So whether you like high intensity classes such as BodyCombat™ and BodyPump™, group cycling, or holistic classes such as Pilates and yoga, we’re confident you’ll find something to love.
