Yoga

These sessions concentrate on bringing balance and harmony to both body and mind, through postures and breathing. They can help to boost the immune system, encourage relaxation and correct posture alignment.

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterised by linking postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. Commonly referred to as ‘Flow Yoga’, Vinyasa classes offer a variety of postures and no two classes are the same.

Hatha Yoga

A good introduction to the basic yoga poses, Hatha Yoga aims to achieve balance between the body and the mind through the use of physical poses, breathing techniques, and meditation.

Ashtanga Yoga

Physically demanding, Ashtanga Yoga builds strength, flexibility and stamina. A set series of poses is performed, always in the same order. Physically demanding due to the constant movement from one pose to the next, expect to build up a sweat.

Fitness Yoga

Fitness Yoga focuses on movement, breathing and transitions from one posture to another. Moves and postures are sequenced together to the beat of music, making transitions seamless and graceful.

Yoga classes for all ages and ability

Yoga is gentle in nature and for that reason is open to anyone. Whether you are a beginner or master anyone can attend. We also take pregnant women in our classes as it is a great way to de-stress, although we advise you ask your doctor first.
