If you want to feel stronger, fitter and leaner, try one of our popular group cycling classes. We've a massive range at lots of different levels, so however energetic you're feeling, you'll definitely find one that's perfect for you - plus, they're a great way to make new friends. We have 40 bikes here at Gloucester and lots of classes throughout the week, so you can hop on and start peddling at a time that suits you.

Here at Gloucester we run more than 100 classes a week, including group cycling, holistic sessions like yoga and Pilates and high impact classes too. Plus, our gym-floor based functional training classes offer our members a different way to work out and are proving really popular. Whether you’re a seasoned class-goer, or you’re completely new, there’s sure to be something that takes your fancy.
