FIGHT KLUB® is a brilliant high intensity class that combines boxing, kick boxing and dance. It’s great fun to get involved with and gets out any aggression, whilst burning loads of calories too! The classes are based around a freestanding punch bag – and it’s definitely a winner with our members who love it. Get ready to kick, punch, duck and shout – you’ve got to try it!
