To help keep you safe, we've introduced new cleaning procedures, class sizes have been reduced and we're running a limited selection of our most popular classes. Rhythm

Rhythm is a revolutionary new cycle class designed to work your body and free your mind.

With our expert instructors and inspiring playlists, you'll experience an immersive workout that tones your muscles, builds stamina and melts away stress and tension in a colourful, vibrant environment. In each class, you'll ride to the beat at your own pace whilst sharing the experience with your fellow riders.

Blaze

Set in its own purpose-built studio, Blaze combines cardiovascular training with strength, boxing and martial arts skills to give you the ultimate full-body workout.

Sarva Yoga

Experience the mental and physical benefits of Sarva yoga and bring meditation and mindfulness to your mind, body and life. Select from a range of classes to find your flow and experience the balance in energies while stretching out your muscles at the same time. In addition to this, Sarva yoga will help you to support your flexibility, strength, balance and posture.

Cyclone

Get ready. A storm is coming. Cyclone, our brand new group cycling class uses state-of-the-art Stages bikes to provide a workout that will help you to become stronger, fitter and faster on two wheels.

Climb the hills, ride the roads or time trial across the flats – every class will be different and is perfect for anybody keen to improve their cycling performance with the help of our expert instructors. Your stats are displayed on screen as your ride, so you can push yourself to the limit and track your power, speed and distance.
