Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga is not only meditative but also physically challenging. In these classes, students coordinate movement with breath to flow from one pose to the next.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga aims to achieve balance between the body and the mind through the use of physical poses, breathing techniques, and meditation. Classes are intended to prevent physical problems, heal existing ones and maintain overall health and wellbeing.

Flow Yoga

Flow Yoga focuses on core stability and increasing flexibility throughout our bodies. Core strength will help you align your body, build up protection for your lower back and help you move more efficiently. This class builds strength and balance, ending with a focus on the breath and relaxation.

Power Yoga

In this class you’ll experience a powerful and dynamic form of yoga. Positions are short and powerful enabling you to improve cardio endurance and your ability to focus on one activity for longer periods of time.

Core Yoga

A playful and tough yoga class with a focus on strengthening your abs, back, waist and buttocks. With all the elements of a normal yoga class, it strikes a balance between relaxation and activity and strengthening and lengthening your muscles.
