We’re genuinely proud of our range of group exercise classes here – it really is second to none. Whether it’s a holistic class, high intensity training on brilliant Les Mills equipment, or a cycling session – come and try one out! Our members tell us they love the brilliant selection of classes we run as there’s always something new to try – our Sh-bam class is super popular at the moment.

Book in for a Pilates, BODYBALANCE™ or Core Stability class in our glass-fronted Mind & Body studio and you’ll be able to enjoy the view of Farnham’s Rugby Club pitches. A high intensity class like BODYPUMP™, BODYCOMBAT™ or circuits will whizz by when you’re taught by one of our brilliant instructors, and if you fancy working up a sweat, our Group Cycling studio is the perfect place.
