Starting out as a member here at David Lloyd Exeter isn’t like joining another gym. We’re on hand every step of the way with our brilliant intro sessions that will have you feeling at home in no time. There are six sessions to have a go at (and you're welcome to try them all!), from cardio training, to functional training, and 1-2-1s with our brilliant Personal Trainers – there’s so much to choose from.

We’ve introduced the very latest gym equipment and some cutting-edge technology, and created brand new layouts, lighting and colour schemes. All this has completely transformed our gym, giving you some great new ways to work out (not to mention a lovely view looking out onto the countryside). We now have special zones for things like cardio and stretching, as well as exciting new technology, including Wattbikes and SYNRGY360. Together, they’ll help increase your motivation and make sure you really are comfortable using every area of the gym.

Our friendly team of Personal Trainers really do want to help you achieve your goals, and they're always available in the gym to give you advice and tips when you need it. But great staff isn’t all that’s on offer here – ultra-modern gym equipment with a spacious weights areas and plenty of kit for everyone to use are just some of the reasons we’re such a popular gym in Exeter.
