Barre classes – you’ve got to try them!
If you’ve not heard of a Barre class then you’re in for a treat! By using Pilates and ballet as the concept you can expect to be on the barre for part of the session, as well as fitting in some floor work too. With such a unique offering it’s easy to see why these sessions have been so popular with our members. We now run four classes a week and they’re super popular as they’re set in the Mind & Body studio in the historic part of the club.
Fitness Classes Epsom
We make sure we cater for everyone when it comes to our group exercise classes – and we mean everyone, from our teenager members, right through to our more senior crowd. We run a great F.I.T (Fitness Into Teens) programme that gets your teenagers exercising without feeling as though they’re tagging along with Mum and Dad. Plus, we have a huge range of gym-floor based sessions, High Intensity classes that’ll really get your heart pumping and intro sessions that’ll allow you to get a feel for something new. And, if Holistic classes are more your thing, you can look forward to enjoying them in the stunning Water Tower section of our Victorian building – quiet, tranquil and beautiful!
