Yoga sessions at Enfield concentrate on bringing balance and harmony to both body and mind, through postures and breathing. Regular attendance will help to boost the immune system, encourage relaxation and correct posture alignment.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha is a slower-paced and gentle form of yoga that provides a good introduction to the basic yoga poses. It aims to achieve balance between the body and the mind through the use of physical poses, breathing techniques, and meditation.

Ashtanga Yoga

Ashtanga is a fast-paced, intense style of yoga. A set series of poses is performed, always in the same order. Physically demanding due to the constant movement from one pose to the next, expect to build up a sweat.

Yoga classes for all ages and ability

Yoga is gentle in nature and is open to all ages and abilities. Poses can be adjusted to accommodate injuries, pregnancy, different flexibilities and more – all are welcome.
