Yoga

These sessions concentrate on bringing balance and harmony to both body and mind, through postures and breathing. They can help to boost the immune system, encourage relaxation and correct posture alignment.

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga is not only meditative but also physically challenging. You’ll focus on correct breath control to create a seamless flow of postures.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga works to establish balance between the body and the mind through the use of physical poses, breathing techniques, and meditation. A more slow-paced and gentler yoga, it is a good introduction to the basic yoga poses.

Yin Yoga

A slower paced class, you’ll hold postures for longer periods of time than other classes. Focusing on meditation and reflection, you’ll leave feeling relaxed and refreshed.

Yoga classes for all ages and ability

Whether you are a beginner or master anyone can attend yoga classes at our Edinburgh Newhaven Harbour studio. We also welcome pregnant women in our classes as it is a great way to relax and exercise, although we advise you ask your doctor first.

The studio is home to a number of fantastic yoga instructors. Extremely experienced, they will help to guide you through your practice. Able to adapt sequences for every ability, beginners can mix with even the most experienced yogis.
