With its seaside location, it’s only natural that members of Eastbourne love making a splash in our pools. Our beautiful outdoor pool is the only one in the area and we keep it open (and heated!) throughout the year. On sunny days it’s a great spot to relax on a sun lounger and soak up the rays.

Swim regularly and you’ll feel slimmer, stronger and less stressed – it really is the perfect low-impact workout. Our indoor and outdoor pools are both 20m long, making them ideal for a few relaxing lengths, or a more energising workout. And after all that exercise? Why not treat yourself to a relaxing session in our sauna, steam room and whirlpool?
Plus, we haven’t forgotten the kids. Swimming is an essential life skill and our All Stars Swimming programme will help make sure that your little ones become strong, confident swimmers.
