Whatever your experience, you’ll find a huge range of holistic classes in our dedicated Mind & Body studio. We’ve got brilliant yoga and Pilates instructors, running some really popular sessions. Yoga and Pilates both increase your strength – yoga also makes you more relaxed, more flexible, and improves your muscle tone and energy levels. Pilates focuses on your core and cuts stress, while our BodyBalance class mixes yoga, Pilates and also Tai Chi.

With more than 120 classes to choose from every week and three dedicated studios, we’re really proud of our group exercise facilities. We work hard to add new classes to the timetable, to make sure there’s always something fresh and exciting for members to try. Try one of the world-famous Les Mills classes and get your heart pumping in our High Impact studio. Our holistic studio is dedicated to helping you get stronger and leaner. And our Group Cycling studio has 25 Keiser bikes ready for you to hop on. Whatever class you choose, our expert instructors will put you through your paces. But it’s not all hard work, you’ll also have loads of fun and get to know other members as you exercise.
