Running every Sunday evening at 7.15pm, you can enjoy a 15 minute session designed to help you to relax and find a sense of balance and harmony. With focuses such as sleep and gratitude, it's the perfect way to see out the week and prepare for the challenges of a new one.
Join us every Friday at 6.30pm for a live music experience via our mobile app, which you can enjoy from your chosen device.
Each session will include a live performance followed by a DJ set, delivering a variety of well-loved live music, ranging from acoustic covers to popular floor fillers. So whether you love your 80s, 90s or 2000s hits, or prefer more chilled-out acoustic sets, each week will be different and we'll have something to suit every taste.
We're hosting a series of coffee mornings to give you a well-deserved mid-morning break. From perfecting your latte art skills to healthy hints and tips and live cookalongs, each session will teach you new skills. There will even be a few special guests to look out for too!

Thursday night is quiz night! With a new challenge every week, enjoy an interactive event with your scores on screen, live leaderboards, and bonus points for the fastest correct answer.
