These sessions concentrate on bringing balance and harmony to both body and mind, through postures and breath. They can help to boost the immune system, encourage relaxation and correct posture alignment. With seven classes to choose from, you can fit them around your busy schedule.

Power Yoga

In this class you’ll experience a powerful and dynamic form of Yoga. Positions are short and powerful enabling you to improve cardio endurance and your ability to focus on one activity for longer periods of time. Try it twice a week at our Colchester club.
Barre classe

Fitness Yoga

Fitness Yoga concentrates on movement, breathing and transitions from one posture to another and progression. Moves and postures are sequenced together to the beat of music, making transitions seamless and graceful. We hold two classes a week.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga aims to achieve balance between the body and the mind through the use of physical poses, breathing techniques, and meditation. Hatha Yoga is the traditional Indian name used to describe a set of practices that are intended to prevent physical problems, heal existing ones and maintain overall health and wellbeing. Take one class a week at our Colchester club.

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga is not only meditative but also physically challenging. Correct breath control is focused on, to create a seamless flow of postures. Three classes a week means you will never miss out.

Yoga classes for all ages and ability

Yoga is gentle in nature and for that reason is open to anyone. Whether you are a beginner or master anyone can attend. We also take pregnant women in our classes as it is a great way to de-stress, although we advise you ask your doctor first.

Expert Yoga Instructors

Our classes are led by experienced Yoga instructors who will guide you through every bend and stretch. They are able to adapt the sequence for every ability so beginners can mix with even the most experienced Yogis.
