Our instructors are first-rate and they’ll really put you through your paces during the session – so come down and get cycling with us!

Having three group exercise studios means we can offer a fabulous range of classes, with something for everyone. Our Mind & Body studio is specially designed for holistic exercise like yoga and Pilates, while our High Intensity studio is the place for high energy training like BODYPUMP™.
