Yoga

These sessions concentrate on bringing balance and harmony to both body and mind, through postures and breathing. They will help to create balance in the body through developing both strength and flexibility.

Ashtanga Yoga

Ashtanga is a fast-paced, intense style of yoga. A set series of poses is performed, always in the same order. Physically demanding due to the constant movement from one pose to the next, expect to build up a sweat.

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga focuses on correct breath control through a seamless flow of postures. It is not only meditative but also physically challenging.

Yogalates

This unique class blends basic Pilates exercises with the postures and breathing techniques of yoga. A truly relaxing experience that will help to improve flexibility and strength.

Yoga classes for all ages and ability

Yoga is gentle in nature and for that reason is open to anyone. Whether you are a beginner or master, anyone can attend. We also take pregnant women in our classes as it is a great way to de-stress, although we advise you ask your doctor first.

Expert yoga instructors

Our classes are led by experienced yoga instructors who will guide you through your practice. They are able to adapt the sequence for every ability, so beginners can mix with even the most experienced yogis.
