Virtual Yoga

Led by an on-screen instructor, these sessions will help to bring you calm, clarity and an overall sense of inner well-being.

Virtual Yoga Calm

Led by an on-screen instructor, Yoga Calm aims to restore peace, calm and clarity in the body and mind. Moving at a slower pace and holding stretches longer, this gentle class will guide you through body 'opening' poses, loosening tension and relieving stress.

Yoga classes for all ages and ability

Yoga is gentle in nature and for that reason is open to anyone. Whether you are a beginner or master, anyone can attend. We also take pregnant women in our classes as it is a great way to de-stress, although we advise you ask your doctor first.

Expert yoga instructors

Our experienced yoga teachers will guide you through your practice, helping to adjust poses to suit your individual body and its needs. They are able to adapt the sequence for every ability, so beginners can mix with even the most experienced yogis.
