Yoga

These sessions concentrate on bringing balance and harmony to both body and mind, through postures and breathing. These classes will help to bring you calm, clarity and an overall sense of inner well-being.

Virtual Yoga

Led by an on-screen instructor, these relaxing sessions will help to correct posture alignment, boost the immune system, and encourage relaxation.

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga is not only meditative but also physically challenging. You’ll focus on correct breath to create a seamless flow of postures. Try a class at our Cheam club.

Ashtanga Yoga

Physically demanding, Ashtanga Yoga builds strength, flexibility and stamina. An intense yoga workout, expect to build up a sweat.

Broga®

Broga® incorporates traditional yoga to significantly open up tight areas like shoulders, hips and hamstrings. Expect a high energy upper, lower or whole body session that will strengthen and tone your body in new ways, but also leave you feeling mobile and flexible.

Virtual Broga®

Led by an on-screen instructor, this class is similar to a regular Broga® class. Expect a high energy upper, lower or whole body session that will improve flexibility as well as strength.

Virtual Flow Yoga

Led by an on-screen instructor, Flow Yoga focuses on core stability and increasing flexibility throughout our bodies. Core strength will help you align your body, build up protection for your lower back and help you move more efficiently. This class builds strength and balance physically and mentally and finishes with a focus on the breath and relaxation.

Virtual Yoga Calm

Led by an on-screen instructor, Yoga Calm aims to restore peace, calm and clarity in the body and mind. This gentle class will guide you through body 'opening' poses, loosening tension and relieving stress. Moving at a slower pace and holding stretches longer will allow you to relax your mind and your body.

Virtual Yoga for Athletes

This is session is led by an on-screen instructor to help you improve in your chosen athletic discipline- bringing strength, flexibility, balance and harmony to both body and mind, through postures and breathing. This session can also encourage relaxation and correct posture alignment and enhance the feeling of wellbeing.

Yoga classes for all ages and ability

Yoga is calm in nature and open to anyone. Whether you are a beginner or master, all are welcome. We also take pregnant women in our classes as it is a great way to de-stress, although we advise you ask your doctor first.
