Holistic classes to suit everyone

Whether you’re completely new, or an old hand, our dedicated Mind & Body studio has a massive range of holistic classes for you to try. If you want to get stronger, try Pilates or yoga – they’re really popular, with amazing instructors. Pilates also develops your core and cuts stress, while yoga makes you more flexible, more relaxed, and improves your energy levels and muscle tone. Meanwhile, BodyBalance combines yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi – why not try it for yourself?
