The benefits of HIIT classes

HIIT training has become very popular because it offers benefits few other standalone workouts can match.

HIIT burns calories more efficiently than steady cardio. In fact, your body can burn calories for up to two hours after your session.

What to bring to a HIIT class

A Myzone fitness tracker is required for certain classes, but other than that we provide all the equipment you need to take part. All you have to do is show up with a water bottle, comfortable workout gear and plenty of energy.

BLAZE classes in Cambridge

Our exclusive Signature Class BLAZE combines MMA (mixed martial arts) with intensive cardio and strength training to help build your fitness. Light displays and pumping beats help you and your fellow participants power through different stations, and it's all measured by the Myzone system on the studio screen.
