Our expert instructors will help you to get the best out of every session. In our CYCLONE group cycling classes, instructors help each rider reach their next level by customising inclines, time trials and even playlists. RHYTHM has a party atmosphere, incorporating music, colours and lights — as well as weights and upper-body exercises — to create a high-energy workout.

What to bring to group cycling classes

Whenever you start a new class, it's a good idea to arrive 10 minutes early to greet your instructor, check out your bike and meet your classmates. Comfortable workout gear is a must. You may even want to bring cycle shoes to improve your contact with the pedals.
