Yoga

Yoga at our Cambridge studio concentrate on bringing balance and harmony to your body and mind using physical postures and breathing techniques. Our classes will help to boost the immune system, encourage relaxation and correct posture alignment.

Ashtanga Yoga

A powerful yoga workout, these classes focus on eight key components: morality, ethics, posture, breath control, sense control, concentration, meditation and absorption. Come ready to sweat!

Vinyasa Yoga

Meditative and also physically challenging, Vinyasa Yoga focuses on correct breath control and a seamless flow of postures.

Iyengar Yoga

This form of yoga is known for its use of props - including belts, blocks, and blankets - as aids in performing postures and characterised by great attention to detail and precise focus on body alignment. We recommend this class for more experienced yogis.

Yogalates

A truly relaxing experience that will help you de-stress while improving flexibility and strength, this unique class blends basic Pilates exercises with the postures and breathing techniques of yoga.

Broga®

Expect a high energy upper or lower body session that will strengthen and tone your body in new ways, but also leave you feeling more mobile and flexible than ever before. Broga® is slightly more challenging as it simultaneously incorporates traditional yoga to significantly open up tight areas like shoulders, hips and hamstrings.

Fitness Yoga

Fitness Yoga concentrates on movement, breathing and transitions from one posture to another. Moves and postures are sequenced together to the beat of music, making transitions seamless and graceful.

Yoga classes for all ages and ability

Yoga is gentle in nature and for that reason is open to anyone. Whether you are a beginner or master, anyone can attend. We also take pregnant women in our classes as it is a great way to de-stress, although we advise you ask your doctor first.

Expert yoga instructors

Experienced yoga instructors are on hand to guide you through every bend and stretch in our sessions. They are able to adapt the sequence for every ability, so beginners everyone is welcome to practice, regardless of ability level.
