Give virtual group cycling a try

As well as our instructor-led group cycling classes, we also run 50 virtual group cycling classes every week. Our Sufferfest classes feature bespoke cycling workouts, on-screen instructors and incredible footage from the world’s best races, including the Tour de France. And because they’re virtual, we can offer more classes every day, so they’ll always be one at a time that suits you.

Set in its own purpose-built studio, Blaze combines cardiovascular training with strength, boxing and martial arts skills to give an intense workout.
