Types of yoga

Ashtanga Yoga

A yoga class with eight components: morality, ethics, posture, breath control, sense control, concentration, meditation and absorption. Come prepared for a more intense workout.

Iyengar Yoga

This form of yoga is characterised by great attention to detail and precise focus on body alignment. Known for its use of props - including belts, blocks, and blankets - as aids in performing postures, we recommend this class for members that are experienced in yoga practice.

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga focuses on correct breath control to create a seamless flow of postures. It is not only meditative but also physically challenging.

Hot yoga

Hot Yoga takes place in our heated studio, helping to provide a deeper muscular workout, aid with poses and increase intensity where required. It will help to boost the immune system, encourage relaxation and correct posture alignment.

Power yoga

In this class you’ll experience a powerful and dynamic form of yoga. Positions are short and powerful enabling you to improve cardio endurance and your ability to focus on one activity for longer periods of time. Try it at our Brighton club.

Yoga classes for all ages and abilities

Yoga is gentle in nature and for that reason is open to all, from beginners to experienced yogis, anyone can attend. We also take pregnant women in our classes as it is a great way to de-stress, although we advise you ask your doctor first.
