LES MILLS GRIT? Series is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout. This workout comprises of 3 styles: Plyo- with plyometric based exercises, Strength- using bodyweight and resistance and Cardio- using high and low impact bodyweight exercises. The class style will change week to week, to give you variety and ensure you gain an all round approach to GRIT.
