Yoga

Intro to Yoga

An introduction to Yoga, some of which may show the use of props including belts, blocks, and blankets, as aids in performing postures. We hold one introductory class every week.

Yoga

These sessions concentrate on bringing balance and harmony to both body and mind, through postures and breath. They can help to boost the immune system, encourage relaxation and correct posture alignment. With two classes a week, you won’t miss out!
Yoga

Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga aims to achieve balance between the body and the mind through the use of physical poses, breathing techniques, and meditation. Hatha Yoga is the traditional Indian name used to describe a set of practices that are intended to prevent physical problems, heal existing ones and maintain overall health and wellbeing. There are up to two classes every week to choose from.

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga is not only meditative but also physically challenging. Correct breath control is focused on, to create a seamless flow of postures. Two classes a week means you will never miss out.
Yoga

Ashtanga Yoga

A Yoga class with eight components: morality; ethics; posture; breath control; sense control; concentration; meditation and absorption. An intense Yoga workout. With two classes a week you can find to the time to fit around your busy schedule.

Core Yoga

A playful and tough Yoga class. It has all the elements of a normal Yoga class: striking a balance between relaxation and activity and strengthening and lengthening your muscles. But here the focus is on strengthening your core: the abs, back, waist and buttocks. We have a class every week.
Yoga

Yoga classes for all ages and ability

Yoga is gentle in nature and for that reason is open to anyone. Whether you are a beginner or master anyone can attend. We also take pregnant women in our classes as it is a great way to de-stress, although we advise you ask your doctor first.

Expert Yoga Instructors

Our classes are led by experienced Yoga instructors who will guide you through every bend and stretch. They are able to adapt the sequence for every ability so beginners can mix with even the most experienced Yogis.
