We've added a playground to our Gym

We're excited to let you know that SYNRGY360 functional training equipment is now installed at David Lloyd Belfast. SYNRGY360 is a revolutionary new concept – a ‘playground’ that offers simply endless ways to train smarter, better and much more effectively. It lets you train at your own pace, so it’s just as good for beginners as for the super-fit!

Our Personal Trainers will be running a range of ‘fast classes’ on the gym floor, including the Blitz 360 calorie-burner and a circuit-style Burn 360.

When you walk into our gym you’ll see two things: firstly, it’s zoned into separate areas, such as cardio and functional training, making it less daunting and more accessible. Secondly, throughout these zoned areas there’s an enormous range of equipment, in fact we're the largest gym in Belfast with the biggest range of equipment. Some of our favourite equipment includes: rowers, PowerPlates, and we're excited to be installing a new SYNRGY360 functional training system. All this means that you have lots of equipment to choose from, so it’s easy to change your routine whenever you like.
