Members love our Group Exercise Classes and they're a great way to work up a sweat and make new friends. We’ve got a great choice, whether your looking for high intensity training such as Body Pump or something more relaxing like Pilates and yoga in our mind and body studio.

Our instructors are full of knowledge and experience, so if you want to get involved they will give you all the advice you need to get the most from your class.

Group Exercise at Belfast

If you’re looking to keep your workouts fresh, look no further than our Group Exercise timetable. Here at David Lloyd Belfast, we have two Group Exercise Studios and offer a fantastic range of classes. Our High Intensity Studio runs all sorts of high energy training, including Bodypump, Bodyattack and martial arts - our circuit classes are particularly popular. Our Mind & Body studio has lots of holistic classes, including yoga and Pilates, these classes are very popular and our taught by our highly trained team.

Plus, our instructors aim to make each class personal to the member and work around a number of things including; injuries, experience and fitness.
