Iyengar Yoga

This form of yoga is known for its use of props - including belts, blocks, and blankets - as aids in performing postures. It’s characterised by great attention to detail and precise focus on body alignment. We recommend this class for members that are experienced in yoga practice.

Yin Yoga

A slower paced class, you’ll hold postures for longer periods of time in Yin than other classes. With a greater focus on meditation and reflection, you’ll leave feeling relaxed and revitalised.
