Introduction to yoga

An introduction to yoga, which may include the use of props such as belts, blocks, and blankets, as aids in performing postures.

Yoga

These sessions concentrate on bringing balance and harmony to both body and mind, through postures and breathing. They can help to boost the immune system, encourage relaxation and correct posture alignment.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga aims to achieve balance between the body and the mind through the use of physical poses, breathing techniques, and meditation. Hatha is the traditional Indian name used to describe a set of practices that are intended to prevent physical problems, heal existing ones and maintain overall health and wellbeing.

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga is not only meditative but also physically challenging. You’ll focus on correct breath to create a seamless flow of positions and postures.

Yoga classes for all ages and ability

Yoga is gentle in nature and for that reason is open to anyone. Whether you are a beginner or master, anyone can attend. We also take pregnant women in our classes as it is a great way to de-stress, although we advise you ask your doctor first.

Expert yoga instructors

Our classes are led by experienced yoga instructors who will guide you through every bend and stretch. They are able to adapt the sequence for every ability, so beginners can mix with even the most experienced yogis.
