Team Sports Fit will help you do.
With training methods and techniques borrowed from the world of football, rugby and hockey, Team Sports Fit will help you increase your fitness and conditioning, as well as developing your strength and stamina.
Team Sports Fit will focus on:
- Power – strengthening the muscles around your pelvis and spine will produce more power through your arms and legs, vital for effective side-stepping, short sprints and throwing movements.
- Flexibility – improved flexibility and strength will help reduce the risk of picking up injuries.
- Endurance – greater muscular endurance will ensure you’ll feel as good at the final whistle as you were at the start of the game.
- Balance & Co-ordination – increasing balance and co-ordination can improve all-around ball control and game skills.
- Speed & Agility – our multi-directional speed and agility programme will increase your speed under control over short distances, enhance your ability to make direction changes and generally prepare you for match situations.
Team Sports Fit is free to all David Lloyd Leisure members.
