To be top of your game, you need to make sure you arrive on the course in the best shape. Golf Fit is our group training programme that works specifically on improving the fitness of today’s golfers.

To improve your game fitness and help you reduce your handicap, you’ll be coached with the same training methods and techniques designed for some of the world’s top golf players.

Golf Fit will focus on:

  • Power – this will help you to hit longer shots from the tees and the fairway.
  • Balance & Co-ordination – to help you maintain balance and rhythm throughout your swing, helping you to hit the ball straighter.
  • Strength & Flexibility – this will help you strike further and straighter with less risk of injury.
  • Muscular Endurance – greater muscular endurance will ensure you feel as good on the 18th hole as you do on the 1st tee.
