Back pain is an all too common problem. But it needn’t be. By using up to date research techniques
Back Care Fit will help you alleviate back pain and help prevent back related injuries.
Back Care Fit will focus on:
- Stability – correcting muscular imbalances by stabilising your pelvis and spine can alleviate
pain or prevent the onset of pain.
- Strength & Flexibility – reducing the risk of non-impact injuries to the spine, shoulders,
knees and pelvis by allowing you to place less strain on your lower back and hips in
everyday life.
- Muscular Endurance – allowing muscles around your back to support your upper
body – rather than compensating by using the incorrect muscles.
- Balance – resetting muscles to their natural length will ensure the best possible muscular
performance and reduce the risk of injury.
- Posture – by improving your posture your body will be in a possition to function optimally.
