Diving into one of our pools is a real treat. We have over 100 of them, indoor and outdoor – more than any other health club in the UK. Swimming is a great way to improve fitness, tone up and burn calories. It’s low-impact so you run less risk of injury and it’s a great addition to other training programmes. And we provide adult lanes and a range of classes and programmes to help you get even more out of the pool.

Swimming lessons
Whether you’re a beginner or wish to improve a stroke, we offer approved ASA lessons for all ages and abilities. Learn in a small group or have a private lesson based on your individual requirements.
Swim to Trim
These are unique programmes that you can follow at your own pace. Choose from four levels, each with eight ready-made sessions to keep you motivated.
Pool Fit
This gym-based programme will help you become a faster, more efficient swimmer using training techniques developed by some of the world’s best swimmers.
Aqua Aerobics
If you haven’t tried a workout in the pool, this is an effective way to get fit without putting strain on the body. And it’s great fun too.
