Group Exercise Welcome
An informative session held in our clubroom where you can learn about our group exercise timetable, class bookings and descriptions of classes from our team.
Triple Taster
Not sure which class to do? Try our 1 hour taster session featuring 3 different types of classes - freestyle, equipment based and holistic.
Training Clubs
Six-week fitness courses delivered by a qualified Personal Trainer for one hour per week in a group setting.
Weight Loss Course
A 12 week weight loss course that you can join at any time. Each week of the programme consists of a weigh-in, a debate/discussion on a certain food topic, a group exercise class and a review and renewal of your success plans.
Pre & Post Natal
A gentle workout for women suitable for all stages of pregnancy working on tone and fitness. Suitable for women both during and after pregnancy.
Adult Swimming
Swim for fitness or just enjoy a refreshing dip in the pool. We also offer a wide range of adult swimming lessons suitable for beginners right through to advanced level. One on one tuition can be booked via the Swimming Co-Ordinator. Ask at reception for details.
