Development Coach Award
This qualification is aimed at coaches who will work with groups and individuals of beginner and improver standard
Club Coach Award
Upon completion of the Coach Award, coaches can train to become a Club Coach through 6 days continuous professional development (CPD). Coaches achieving this qualification can run a coaching programme within a club across all ability levels. The Development Coach Award (DCA) has now been replaced by the Club Coach Award.

Senior Performance Coach
The Senior Performance coach course is a thorough and high level coaching course consisting of 400 learning hours. Seven 3-day modules of course information at either Chiswick (London) or Nottingham alternate with two 8-week mentored experience blocks in one of the LTA High Performance centres and 2 competition experiences. Master Performance Coach
This is for coaches who work at the very highest level of performance coaching. The Master Performance Coach Qualification is not aimed at one particular age group of players. Instead, coaches coach high level players of all ages to a high standard.
Coach Award
This coaching qualification takes 12 days (plus an assessment day). It covers the key coaching skills required to be an effective coach; as well as the tactical, technical, physical and mental information a coach needs to work with beginners and improvers.
Senior Club Coach
This qualification is aimed at coaches who will be either managing a section of a Club, or running a small team of coaches. There will be an increasing emphasis on the management side of running a business which will complement the advanced on court coaching skills that are also required in these coaching environments

My name is Mark Powell L5 LTA professional & I am the Junior Tennis All Stars Coach here at Bromsgrove. I played for Great Britain between the ages of 13 and 21 and my best result was beating the 250th senior ranked player in the world. Since then I have been a full time coach for 30 years. Together with the David Lloyd coaching team I aim to provide a high level structured coaching programme with emphasis on technical work.Member Testimonial
I have been having coaching for a number of months now with Mark.
Before starting with him I watched a great deal of tennis on the television and always wondered how the top players hit the ball in the style they do, as I have always been a flat hitter, in other words no spin. Since my lessons I am now hitting with full topspin in my shots and I have complete understanding of how the top players hit the ball.
