My main area of expertise is Weight Loss and Nutrition. Before becoming a PT I was a size 18 for several years so I've experienced the ups,downs and confusion that surrounds the subject first hand.
Having gained 4 stone through pregnancy (which I have now lost) I really do know how challenging it can be to achieve your weight loss goals!

I have tried training on my own and then with Fiona- what a difference! She helps me reach my goals in both inch loss and weight loss, in a fun but productive way. Just the adjustments to movements alone make a huge difference in the quality of each training session. Also the variety of exercises make the sessions fly by. You really feel you have had a good workout, I'd recommend her to anyone.
