More About Camilla
When I was 15 I transformed my life and lost one third of my body weight. Since then I have strived to learn as much as I can about different styles of training and nutrition, in an attempt to help people achieve their goals. I remember how hard I found it to maintain my enthusiasm when nothing seemed to be working, so my goal is to help people maintain their workout regimes and educate them towards health and nutrition whilst progressing them towards their goals in a fun way.Member Testimonial
I began training with Camilla 6 months ago on a weekly basis. Each month we have discussed where we want to be at the end of each month and how we are going to get there making sure we set achievable goals. Since we started training in January Ive lost 8 inches from my waistline and with more coming off. Its been educational and fun working with Camilla and she is always there when I need her to spur me on."
