I take a holistic approach to personal training taking into account lifestyle, nutrition, occupation etc as well as exercise and activity levels. I am passionate about fitness and am very interested in the relationship between a healthy body and a healthy mind. I started training with Jools in January 2009, following the birth of my son by emergency caesarean in September 2008. She came highly recommended.
Following an injury and intensive physiotherapy, I started training with Jools and not only have I made a full recovery, but I have also achieved my goal of losing all the extra weight and keeping it off!
